Course Description

Learn how to gain marketing and customer service efficiency by building and implementing a custom chatbot.  You will be provided with an understanding of the market value of chatbots; discussion will cover different ways they can be used and where are they most effective, essentially when customers get the information they want faster than a website search, phone call, or email.  You will map out what makes an effective chatbot, one that solves customers' problems without burning internal time.  Ultimately, you will learn how to save time and money, as well as how to increase the profitability of your company, by implementing a custom chatbot.
